The best decision I ever made was to buy a motorcycle. The worst decision I ever made was to buy it at Avalanche Harley Davidson. It was also a bad decision to pursue parts and accessories and have them installed by avalanche Harley Davidson. I have had nothing but problems ever since I began pursuing parts and accessories, they will strip most of your screws that are attached to your bike. They will install mirrors and, cause wiring problems to the point of where you will break down on the highway and and criticize you for having having it towed to the dealership without having an appointment which I will add with only having 2000 miles on the bike. I think Avalanche Harley Davidson should really think about who they have as service technicians and how they treat people who are spending their hard earn money and time on something that they really care about. If I could do this over, I would not step foot and avalanche harley Davidson because they dont care about their customers or their bikes. Avalanche Harley Davidson is giving Harley Davidson a bad name. I just want my bike to be fixed without any scratches, stripping screws, or causing electrical issues on a brand new bike.
